Peer Review Process

This journal uses a double-blind review process, which means that the author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

To facilitate this, authors are required to submit a blinded manuscript with no author details and a title page including the manuscript title, authors names and affiliations, abstract, and keywords in 2 separate files.

All submissions will be initially checked by the associate editor to check its language as well as plagiarism and adherence to the journal scope.

Submitted manuscripts that initially approved by the associate editors will then generally be reviewed by two to three independent experts who will be asked to evaluate whether the manuscript is scientifically sound and coherent, whether it duplicates already published work, and whether or not the manuscript is sufficiently clear for publication. Reviewers will also be asked to indicate how interesting and significant the research is.

The associate editors will reach a decision based on these reports and, where necessary, they will consult with members of the Editorial Board. The Editor in-chief is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the articles. The decision is final.
